Terms & Conditions
When you book a service or make a purchase from Mystic Coven, here are a few terms and conditions you agree to:
1. If you book a written report, then a written report will be sent to you in 5-7 working days (which excludes weekends). You may receive it on the date you are booking the appointment for, provided you booked 5-7 days prior to it. Please be patient, do not email me repeatedly asking for updates. Each report takes a lot of energy and effort and is created with a lot of care. I am one person running everything here, so please respect that.
2. All bookings are non-refundable. In case there is any issue with booking (if you've booked an incorrect one for instance) then get in touch within 24hours to avoid confusion and cancellation.
3. Upon booking you will receive an email where you will be asked to provide your questions. Please respond at least a day before your date of appointment to avoid cancellation.
4. If you book an on-call session, then please provide me with a valid phone number upon booking. If you need to change the time of the on-call session then you need to give me a 24 hour prior notice or face cancellation. If you are a no-show for the appointed time, then your booking is automatically cancelled. All cancellations are non-refundable.
5. For legal purposes, the guidance provided through these Tarot and/or Astrology readings are meant for entertainment purposes and personal insight only. The client understands that all information, predictions, guidance, etc., stated on this website or in subsequent reports and sessions are my personal opinions and insights, and are merely meant to guide. We cannot solve your life's problems, diagnose any diseases, provide any legal or psychological counsel. Guidance through Tarot or Astrology are meant to enable you to make the right call about your life.
6. The opinions and advices given through readings and on this website are our personal point of views and are not to be replaced with professional legal, psychological, medical advice, or for matters of similar severity. It is to be understood that any consequences or actions taken on the part of the client have been made/enacted via the client's free will and personal decision making. Debiparna Chakraborty or Mystic Coven will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. The client alone is responsible and accountable for their decisions, actions and results in life, and by their use of our esoteric services, they agree not to attempt to hold Debiparna Chakraborty or Mystic Coven liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstances.
7. Clients who book readings understand that they have free will and are not bound by the guidances and predictions provided in the reports/sessions/etc. It is our understanding that the choices clients make are done after proper personal reflection. We hold no legal responsibility, for how a client chooses to move forward with the information provided to them through our Tarot or Astrology readings.
