Refund Policy

1. All bookings are non-refundable. In case there is any issue with booking (if you've booked an incorrect one for instance) then get in touch within 24hours to avoid confusion and cancellation.

2. Upon booking a written report you will receive an email where you will be asked to provide your questions. Please respond at least a day before your date of appointment to avoid cancellation.

3. If you book an on-call session, then please provide a valid phone number/email id upon booking. If you need to change the time of the on-call sessions, then you need to give us a 24 hour prior notice or face cancellation. If you are a no-show for the appointed time without prior notice, then your booking is automatically cancelled. All cancellations are non-refundable.
